Today I catch the 3.5 hour ultra-comfy bus to Canberra, Australia's National Capital, and get set up for my very-full class tomorrow morning at the Cooking Co-ordinates cookery school at Belconnen Markets.

On the way, I'll be reading "Black Lotus - The Spiritual Journey of an Urban Mystic" By Steven J. Rosen.
By the way, here's our menu for the class:
“The Indian Feast”
Melange of Seasonal Vegetables, Moong dal, Cashews & Basmati (Khichari)
Served with flame-toasted Pappadams and Fresh Lime Cheeks,
Punjabi-style Tomatoes, Peas and Home-made Curd Cheese (Matar Panir)
Served with North Indian Puffed Fried Breads (Poories),
Assorted Crisp Vegetable Fritters (Pakoras)
Served with a Duo of Fresh Chutneys,
South Indian Mustard-tempered Carrot Salad
with Lime and Fresh Coriander,
Creamy Cardamom-infused Condensed Yogurt Dessert
with Pistachios and Warm Saffron Syrup (Shrikhand),
I have close to 40 students in attendance, so it should be a busy two days ahead. Let's get co-ordinated!
