Today I catch an express bus to Canberra, the National Capital, and get set up for my very-full class tomorrow morning at the Cooking Co-ordinates cookery school at Belconnen Markets.
I have been teaching at Cooking Co-ordinates for over 8 years, and have done many, many classes there. Jan and her staff are always exceptionally warm, friendly and accomodating, so my classes there are most pleasant.
Tomorrow I have a record attendance of 40+, we have a great menu, so it will be a busy two days ahead. Let's get co-ordinated!
