I'm flying from Sydney to Alice Springs in a couple of hours - right to the warm, throbbing central heart of the Australian Continent - for a few days of cookery classes.
This will be my third visit. We had loads of fun the last two times. I won't be taking my computer, so it will be an internet-free, email-free weekend. What a treat!
So stay tuned and I'll hopefully publish a photo report for you by end of Monday. For all those thinking of emailing me, leave it to next week.
