I catch the morning express train to Gosford, 1.5 hours North of Sydney, for an evening cookery workshop at nearby Erina.

on the beach at terrigal:

Then I spend the night in an apartment overlooking Terrigal Beach before returning to Sydney in time to unpack and pack again for a longer trip further north for a weekend workshop in Wingham, near Taree. I'll keep you posted.
