The sun rises over Sydney's Eastern suburbs, where I am staying with my father. Yesterday we had some major family discussion about the state of my father's health and numerous other things that have to be done that are not at all interesting to anyone but us; so I will spare you the details.
Today I'm taking it easy, answering my huge backlog of mail, and fine-tuning my forthcoming cookery adventures. I have three more classes here in New South Wales, two of which are some distance away, and will be accessed by train. The first of these is this coming Wednesday at the World Wide Cooking School in Erina, north of Sydney.
Talking of taking it easy, today I'm trying out a new exercise program; nothing too strenuous. Find out more...
