Classes in Kurma's Kitchen, Perth, August-September 2007

Bookings are now open for Kurma's Perth-based Cookery Classes. Here's what's on, and when:

on the road 10:

Class # 1 - Saturday 18 August 11.00am - 3.00pm “The Stylish Vegetarian, Part I” – Sumptuous international cuisine, inspired by the flavours of Thailand, India and Italy.

Class # 2 - Sunday 26 August 11.00am - 3.00pm “Warm Foods for Cool Days” – Heart-warming comfort food! A delightful combination of French, Indian and Italian-inspired vegetarian dishes.

on the road 5:

Class # 3 - Saturday 1 September 11.00am - 3.00pm “Classics from the Subcontinent” – Exquisitely flavoursome! Learn some classic spicing techniques and relish an Indian Feast.

Class # 4 - Sunday 9 September 11.00am - 3.00pm “The Stylish Vegetarian, Part II” – Good looking, hearty and elegant classics from the Persian Gulf, Maharashtra , Saudi Arabia, and Peru.

on the road 4:

Class # 5 - Saturday 15 September 11.00am - 3.00pm “The Upmarket Vegetarian II” – Vegetarian food never looked so impressive. A banquet of Lebanese, Greek, East-West and Gujarati flavours.

Class # 6 - Saturday 22 September 11.00am - 3.00pm “The Wheat-Free Vegetarian” – Feasting with the bountiful ingredients and flavours of Japan, Iran, Northern India and Thailand.

Class # 7 - Sunday 30 September 11.00am - 3.00pm “A Passage to India” – A culinary journey through Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, the Moghul North and Bengal. Come feast with us!
