Kurma

On Wednesday I spent a pleasant evening cooking with a very nice group of yogis who work at the Ganesh Mandala Cafe in Barwon Heads. The whole group are strict vegetarians who, like myself, even eschew the use of garlic and onions.

We had a lot in common, and the night was quite magical. I'm doing another class down there in a couple of weeks time, maybe even two more, since the waiting list to attend another Kurma class is huge.

Here's the gang, all poised to dive into a night of bhakti-infused delights.

My last class in Adelaide went exceptionally well. Thirty-four eager punters partook of an evening of culinary education, fun, and three-course feasting.
