Received this letter:
"Dear Kurma,
Ruth & I were part of our recent cookfest at Nundah, The night was just
great. The preparation and presentation of the ingredents was inspiring and
calming for my mind.
The next day I made my best ever Paneer using the yoghurt additive; We combined some of it with sweet chilli/soy sauce & coriander (fantastic). Thanks Kurma for a great night.
