It's Sunday night and I just returned from a very pleasant day catering in St Mary's, near Penrith, which is one hour due west of Sydney. I was so busy that I had no time to take any pictures, so you'll have to take my word for it.

Yesterday I conducted my once-a-year class at Canberra's Cooking Co-ordinates, a plush cookery school and kitchenware shop at the Belconnen Markets. Pretty slim on photos for that one too. This one's a bit funky, but at least it proves I went there and I'm not just making it all up.

Alright, it's time for bed. That's week one of my six-week cookery/teaching marathon completed. Another exciting week coming up!
