Just got some details about the Polish Baltic Coast leg of my forthcoming European cookery tour. Here's a map of Poland, the North of which adjoins the Baltic Sea.
I start with three days of classes (July 11, 12, 13) at the resort town of Ustronie Morskie (the name means 'Little Quiet Town by the Sea'). Look at the map, you'll see it there. This is a photo of the countryside around this resort town.
July 14-16 will be spent teaching in the fine old town of Kolobrzeg. This also nestles on the coast, and in the summer is packed with sun-hungry Poles.
And finally I'll spend July 18-20 in Mrzezyno, picturesquely located at the mouth of the Rega River.
