I just conducted a telephone interview with Helen O'Neill from The Australian newspaper. Helen looks after the food pages for the big glossy liftout Weekend Australian Magazine.

New India Press has published an interesting article about that most famous of all milk puddings - kheer, or payasam. Notably, the author presents this ubiquitous dessert from Hindu, Islamic and Christian traditions. There's even a recipe of mine in the article. It's a fascinating read.
