I continue to receive a lot of positive feedback from my three days of classes in Townsville. Here's the latest.
"Hi Kurma, I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful education (and
adventure!) at the "Indian Shared Table" last Wednesday at de Studi. It was
definitely one of the best birthday presents I've had! Hopefully we'll see you
back in sunny Townsville again soon. Take care! Lara.
Peter and Adriana write:
"I have not had time to respond to your class that I attended at De Studi on
Wednesday night. I left feeling very content and healthy. Your way of
cooking is very wholesome and I felt nourished right through to my soul.
My favorite was the Cashew-studded South-Indian Steamed Semolina Breads
married with the Spicy Hot and sour Toor-dal, and, yum, the Coconut
Chutney; in fact, I loved it all. The fresh cheese was pure magic.
A miracle of food! Such a transformation of one food to another in such
a short time...(that reminds me of a certain biblical story..)
You are a wonderful presenter, I even learned how 'not' to get stressed, just by
watching you! Well, I wish you all the best in your travels, and I hope to see you again in November!"
Well, in the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger's in his 1984 'The Terminator': "I'll be back"!
The dates are fixed already - three evening cookery workshops,
Tuesday 14 November, Wednesday 15 November, Thursday 16 November 2006. See you there!
