We conducted yesterday's Canberra cookery class in the cavernous, 90-burner industrial strength kitchens of CIT Reid Campus. Here's some of our crew pan-frying eggplant slices for our Moussaka.
The 6-hour workshop concluded with our hearty lunch.

A visiting French chef joined us and was well-impressed with the flavours and scope of "cuisine végétarienne".
