I taught a hands-on cookery class last night in the Asian Kitchens of William Angliss College, LaTrobe street, Melbourne. A pleasant time was had by all.
Today I catch a train to Gisborne, Victoria for one of my last cookery classes in the region before heading off to the National capital, Canberra for the weekend.
