I'm staying in Bell's Beach, the home of the world famous Surfing Carnival held here each Easter.
Today I'm holding a mega-cooking class at the gorgeous home of Rachel and Brian. She's gone to a lot of trouble, and has even printed up special aprons for the event.
We've got a superb menu, a fabulous kitchen, and a crew of 30 very enthusiastic guests. What more can I ask?
I'll give you a full report tomorrow!
