Picking some great sweet potatoes from the back garden of the Bayswater, Western Australia place I'm house-sharing in at present - both the white-fleshed and orange-fleshed variety (below).

Here I am, at ground zero, amongst the sweet potato vines.

A bumper yield!

Hi Brenda,
Here's my recipe.

Ingredients

500 grams plain flour
20 ml Cream of Tartar
10 ml Bicarbonate of Soda

Sift all the ingredients together four times and then seal tightly in a clean container until needed.
