Today I have allotted some time to plan my menu for this Saturday's class at University of Western Australia Extension.
I will be conducting a morning cooking class for twenty at the newly-assigned University Club Restaurant Kitchen. I'll let you know what we have chosen. Something seasonal and appropriate for the timing - I only have been allocated three hours.
