Everything is ready to go for a weekend of culinary fun here in the very wet and rainy Ardennes. Forty guests are arriving from all over Europe to attend the 'cours de cuisine'. The program starts at noon with an introductory talk, then lunch in the restaurant, than we cook all afternoon. Stay tuned for more information, and hopefully some nice pictures.
