I am packing for another culinary adventure! Tomorrow I fly to Europe with a brief transit in Hong Kong. After a 2-night London recuperation from the long haul (8 hours to Hong Kong then 12 hours to London, plus transits, time differences, and all the usual high pressure solo travelling stuff), I fly to Ireland.
There I will spend a couple of days assisting, cooking and advising in the kitchens of two very successful Hare Krishna Restaurants - Govinda's in Aungier Street, and the latest fine-dining establishment Radha Govinda's, both right in the heart of downtown Dublin.
Next I head to Northern Ireland to a weekend cookery retreat held at the Krishna Spiritual Community on Inishrath Island, on Upper Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, a two-day visit to Belfast, then back to Dublin for a downtown evening cookery class.
My 11-day visit to Ireland will be followed by 10 days of seminars and cooking in the 19th century Château de Petite Somme near Septon, in Belgium's picturesque Ardennes region.

The beautifully renovated Château is visited by over 40,000 persons a year who come to see the gorgeous marble temple, the bakery, cafeteria, Indian giftshop, museum, rose garden, restaurant, guesthouse, library, and extensive 45-acre woods.
Finally I head back to 'offshore Europe' where I will spend 3 days in Wales at a cookery retreat in the historic Usk Valley region, and then 14 days at Bhaktivedanta Manor, near Aldenham, Watford, about 20 miles North-West of London.

Stay tuned to this site and "read all about it!"
Now, back to the packing...
