Sorry that's Fountainhead, not Fountaingead. Just a bit wiped out after a 9-hour kitchen stint. Plus still trying to use the editing function on this blog. If anyone reading this knows how to do it, let me know.
Awoke at 3.00am, fresh and ready to go. Did my morning japa meditation, took a shower and then entered the kitchen for a busy day.
As the sun rose over Australia's Sunshine Coast, I popped out to the organic garden to pick some lovely fresh parsley - with huge plump aromatic leaves as big as those of celery.

Included on the menu today was a fabulous Moroccan soup based around a 'whole lotta lentils'. I began with a bit of show-and-tell, explaining about the difference between whole, decorticated, and split dals.

As usual the homemade fresh panir cheese was a great success, especially since today it was made from local biodynamic unpasteurised unhomogenised Jersey cows' milk. So very creamy!I showed Hanna how to pan-fry the panir cheese till it was crusty and golden.
As usual, a splendid time was had by all, and after the fun-filled cook-a-thon, and before sitting down for lunch, we snapped a group photo.

Last but not least was a fabulous lunch, made all the more pleasant by convivial conversation.
My Fountainhead adventure came to an end with a media interview, another book-signing, and a slump into an oversized lounge for a bit of R&R.
Tomorrow I head off to Nambour (Known as "'Nam" by local tongue-in-cheekies)..
