Daily Class - Kesava Prabhu

An insightful article by Satyaraja...
For many, as the twin towers came crashing down, so did Western innocence, or the illusion that the world is a safe place and that America is as loved by people of other lands as it is within its own borders. Inescapably, "violence and religion" are the new twin towers, replacing the old because the perpetrators claim that their crime was not only sanctioned by God but commanded by Him.

Violence and Religion -

Devamrta Swami - exiled to Siberia...
Get it while you can! Use the temporary health of this temporary body to chant and dance in ecstasy. In this way, you attain the supreme eternal, even while within this temporary world.

"‘Simply by chanting the holy name of Krsna one can obtain freedom from material existence. Indeed, simply by chanting the Hare Krsna mantra one will be able to see the lotus feet of the Lord." (Cc. Adi 7.73)

Gopala Guru has posted some good pictures from Janmastami on his blog...
Here are some of the 5,500 people who came to our temple last Wednesday for our Janmastami celebrations. It was a great day, pretty busy.
