Diwali

diwali
We will celebrate Diwali on Sunday the 18th of October.

Diwali also known as Dipavali depicts the triumph of Lord Rama, over the demon king Ravana.

Please join us at the Melbourne temple to celebrate this auspicious day with chanting, the lighting of ceremonial lamps and feasting. The candle-lit arati and offering of lamps will be at the usual time of 7pm. For those sponsoring special arati to Sita, Rama, Laksmana and Hanuman arati offerings will be from 5pm to 9pm in the Theatre room.
