Snana Yatra on Boxing Day

Don't forget the Snana Yatra schedule has changed this year! We will begin celebrations at 10.00 am which is a much earlier start than in previous years.

10.00 am - Bathing ceremony starts
11.30 am - Lord Jagannatha prepared in readiness for offering and arati
12.00 noon - Offering of sweets and lunch to the Lord
12.30 pm - Hati-vesa darsana and arati
1.00 pm - Lord Jagannatha takes rest
2.00 pm - Maha-prasada auction
4.00 pm - Feast

Depending on how long the auction goes the feast may be served earlier or later. We may also have to be a little flexible with the timings if there is a large number of person's participating in the bathing. Please keep in mind everyone is welcome to come and bathe Lord Jagannatha.
