Last Friday's Gaura-Purnima festival attracted huge crowds of devotees eager
celebrate Caitanya Mahaprabhu's Appearance. Devamrta Swami gave class, the
kirtanas were sweet. Our priests (led by Bhanu Swami) offered Sri-Sri
(Chota) Gaura-Nitai an abhiseka featuring seasonal fruit juices. A fire
sacrifice was also performed for Mahaprabhu's pleasure. Finally, the queue
to honour the Lord's prasadam snaked throughout the temple grounds. Thanks
to everyone who took part! Here are Their Lordships' Gaura-Purnima
darshans.
