Acintya Rupa and I left Delhi last night to travel Indian Airlines to Mumbai.

The last time I flew Indian Airlines I vowed never to fly with them again. I remember one memorable flight on Indian Airlines from Bangkok to Kolkata when a group of Israeli tourists clapped and cheered when we landed. It was that bad.

I now have good news to report. Indian Airlines has improved; out of sight. The check-in was smooth. Almost every security and ticket check we were greeted with 'Hare Krsna' or 'Radhe Radhe'. Everyone was extremely helpful. We got a front row seat just after Business Class which meant we could stretch our legs, full length. The plane was clean and tidy. It was such a smooth flight it didn't seem like the same airline I travelled on over fifteen years ago. I highly recommend them.

The picture is a panorama I cobbled together after shooting a range of shots from our window in Mayapur one morning during the meetings. There is a spherical affect which I can't remove which makes it look curved. The road and the line of huts is actually straight. You can see the Samadhi on the right and the Grhastha Housing to the left of the Samadhi. The old Gurukula is off in the distance and you can see the chetai huts which are the economy accommodation for the festival in the foreground. It isn't as good a picture as I would have like to take but it gives you some idea of Mayapur in February.
